He encouraged students to actively participate in the programme, build professional networks and develop leadership, communication and critical thinking skills beyond the classroom.

Adding a career development perspective, Human Resource Consultant Esther Katiba challenged students to intentionally build authentic personal brands by defining their values, developing their talents and maintaining professionalism both online and offline. She emphasized that personal branding is not about popularity, but about reputation, authenticity and consistently demonstrating one's values and competencies.

Panelists underscored the need for stronger collaboration among universities, government and industry to nurture talent and create opportunities for young people to contribute meaningfully to national development.

The session concluded with an engaging open discussion, during which students interacted with panelists and raised questions on public policy, governance, career development, research and youth opportunities. The dialogue provided participants with practical insights while encouraging knowledge exchange and collaboration.
